Linoprint

I love this nook which catches the afternoon sunlight; casting strong shadows and accentuating the textures on the pots and the shapes of the leaves.

This linoprint is inked up with a colour-blend of two complimentary blues. The prints are created by gradually cutting the design into a Japanese lino-plate before inking up and running the plate through the printing press.
